For your current schedule, you can view on your ctcLink/Student Account. Your class schedule is usually posted on your account beginning the week before the quarter starts.

Advising is your best resource for class registration needs, including:

• Getting permission to take a class
• Troubleshooting class registration problems, such as pre-requisite requirements
• Finding another class if your preferred class is full, canceled or has a waitlist
• And other registration questions or issues - Advising can access your academic records to expedite your needs

Our advising staff are also here to help you build an academic plan to achieve your goals. Every student is assigned an advisor.

You can find all of this information and more via our software system called ctcLink. Your  ctcLink/Student Account houses important information, such as:

• Grades
• Ability to pay for tuition via credit card
• Search for classes and course history
• Financial aid records

You will need your student ID number to access - use the 201 number assigned to you in your welcome to TCC email.

We use Canvas, TCC's secure online learning platform. Students will access Canvas daily to participate in online classes, submit homework, communicate with instructors and more. Canvas is your lifeline. Take the Canvas Training for Students course to get acquainted. You can access Canvas here.

Your classes should start loading up on Canvas the week before school starts.

For your ctcLink/Student Account: Try clearing your cookies/cache/browser history. Re-sign in and use the 201 student ID number. 

For Canvas, Portal or other account needs: You can find answers to common questions on the eLearning support site.

If you completed your FAFSA and submitted any required paperwork by our deadlines, you should be receiving an emailed award notification in the near future. 

• If you been awarded financial aid, your package details will be in your ctcLink/Student Account .
• If you did not meet our deadlines, you will need to pay your tuition when it is due. Assuming your financial aid application is complete, you would then receive the aid you are eligible later during the quarter you register. Here are our deadlines. 
  • Find information about TCC's tuition payment plan. 
  • You may also check to see if you are eligible to apply for WorkForce funds.

You may still need to fill out additional paperwork - you should get information about this on your ctcLink/Student Account. Find the Financial Aid forms on the student portal for you to download and complete.

The Max & Margi Harned Titan Food Pantry in Building 17 is open to all students. This resource is open to all TCC students. A Nourish Pierce County refrigerated food truck also visits TCC on Tuesday nights, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. in Lot F off Mildred Street.
